bakery associate responsibility

• Produce baked goods with instruction from Bakery Manager
• Work at a fast, constant pace
• Work in a high heat environment
• Employees must maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow company policy and procedure.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a repeated basis
• Ability to perform several tasks at the same time
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including early morning, nights, weekends and holidays
• Time management skills
• Knowledge of basic food and drink sanitation and the ability to understand and maintain standards in this area
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow policy and procedure
